On the previous web site built for the MSFC Amateur Radio Station, an early posting was with some pictures from a site visit in 2007. The idea was to set a benchmark, or a reference to look back upon for signs of progress. Here we have some of those pictures and text, as that previous web site is being replaced with this one.

Obviously nothing to get overly excited about, but many of us don’t have this kind of space available at home to build and test antennas. This location is also far from residential and industrial noise sources and is well suited for weak-signal and satellite operations.

We did some cleanup shortly after these pics were shot, and hope to post an update soon.
